So this sickly dog used to live here. When we viewed the house, it mostly just turned in circles the whole time. I think the previous owners were looking forward to moving partly as an excuse to put down this poor little dog. In any case, we discovered after living here awhile that the little guy apparently had some pee problems. And we had all this lovely late-70s-green carpet. And it was, er, moist. Any old house owner knows that you just put up with lots of things until one day they bombard your buttons. That happened with me one day in relation to this carpet.
But there is nice hardwood underneath!
Did I mention that my house has windows in every room, even the pantry? And that there's nook off one minty bedroom that has its own window and light socket?
