Chrononauts stuff Andy has sold on eBay
[index] [Fluxx stuff] [Chrononauts stuff] [Icehouse stuff] [M:tG cards] [other stuff]

As the inventor of Chrononauts, I have a variety of old Chrononauts stuff lying around the house...

Chrononauts card game, Second Printing, unopened

With Chrononauts currently out of print (we're still implementing the various minor changes I want made for the third printing), this seems like a good time to auction off some of the last few copies I have of the previous editions.

This is an unopened copy of Chrononauts, the Card Game of Time Travel, from the second printing. It is very similar to the First Edition, with just a few minor changes and corrections having been made between the two. The biggest of these are the mustache on the bad Mona forgery, and the switch of AND/OR polarity on 1962. (We decided to make it easier to turn the Cuban Missile Crisis into WW3.)

You can easily tell the difference between the First Edition and the Second Printing by looking at the box; for the reprint, we moved the fancier Paradox-Logo to the front of the box, and we put a diamond bragging about our Origins award victory on the top panel.

This is the most recent version of the game, which is currently out of print; check out the Looney Labs website for a list of the changes being made for the forth-coming 3rd printing.

I have a small pile of these to sell.

  • #1 sold on 10/19/5 for $20
  • #2 sold on 11/9/5 for $20

Chrononauts card game, Beta Edition, unopened

With Chrononauts currently out of print (we're still implementing the various minor changes I want made for the third printing), this seems like a good time to auction off some of the last few copies I have of the previous editions.

This is an unopened copy of the beta-test edition of Chrononauts. Only 500 copies of this version were produced. The cards are punch-out style, and are black-and-red ink only. Numerous minor changes were made between this initial test version and the first Edition; please visit Wunderland.com to find articles describing the design process and the changes made after this edition.

One thing that's cool about this version is that the packaging includes an 11"x17" Chrononauts flowchart poster! It's a lot easier to read than the tiny version of the flowchart that appears on the cover of the rulebook in the finished version of the game.

Please note that this item should only be of interest to collectors... the full-color finished version of the game is recommended to anyone who hasn't seen the game before.

I have a small pile of these to sell.

  • #1 sold on 10/19/5 for $12.00
  • #2 sold on 12/20/5 for $26.00
